- 即饮品喜好者:很多用户说我只要能要尽快喝到一杯咖啡就行,且价格便宜,所以出现外卖咖啡,容易获得、价格低廉。
- 咖啡重度用户:有一小波咖啡的重度爱好者,不满足于喝一杯商业咖啡,他们更喜欢喝小众的咖啡馆,喜欢去喝那种原产地的咖啡豆等等。 咖啡店需要同时满足用户的两种需求,一是在咖啡店进行社交活动,出门约见时选择一个商业场所的咖啡馆,是个很自然的场景。在这里,用户的首要需求并不是喝咖啡,而是用咖啡的钱买了一个会见地点,包括那些抱着苹果本完成工作的人,把线下咖啡馆说成场地分时租赁一点都不为过,显然连锁咖啡店就是这样的模式。 另一方面,也有单纯为了咖啡消费的用户,不管是在店里还是外卖拿走,消费场景并不重要,但是对于这样需求的用户,咖啡的口味,也就是产品本身很重要。
