- 食材:300g砂糖、125g水、113g无盐黄油(室温)、170g奶油(室温)、1.25mL香草精、6g海盐
- 做法:
1将砂糖和水放入不锈钢锅里,中火熬煮约15分钟,直至变成浅褐色,切记不可搅动;
2改为小火,一边快速搅动,一边加入室温的黄油;再一边搅动一边倒入奶油,直搅拌至均匀;
3关火,加入香草精和盐,搅拌均匀即可;
